Default Prometheus trait

We should enable this trait by default. If the operator finds a Prometheus installation, then it can set a PodMonitor, otherwise it can just expose the metrics endpoint.

We need to address this into a major release, as it would bring in a potential breaking change compatibility between older and newer Integrations.
