Promote the usage of Camel Monitor operator as monitoring tool

### Requirement

We should move all the [monitoring logic to the Camel Monitor operator](https://github.com/camel-tooling/camel-monitor-operator). At some point during 2026 (probably after 0.2.0 release of Camel Monitor operator) we should deprecate the monitoring logic and suggest the usage of this new monitoring tool instead.
