rest-openapi-sink kamelet sink - Add option to configure host and basePath option

The spec may contain a default host:port/basePath but you would often need to configure the actual values. As the default can be localhost:8080 which is not useable for production.

Also maybe add clientRequestValidation which end users can turn on if they want camel to validate the request before calling the rest service
