Add View ISO Button to Accounts / Domain

As a Root Admin, we have the ability to filter by Templates by Account/Domain from the GUI, however, there is no good way to filter ISO's. Would it be possible to have an ISO button?

This is loosely related to outcomes of #10392 and #10391.

Yes, I can try to work on all of them. The current behavior for the listIsos API is similar to the listTemplates. It is possible to list ISOs by account through the API; however, filtering by domain is not supported. Therefore, I'll probably open four PRs:

1. Add UI support for filtering templates by account;
2. Add UI support for filtering ISOs by account;
3. Add API and UI support for filtering templates by domain;
4. Add API and UI support for filtering ISOs by domain.

@shwstppr, @DaanHoogland, in #10488 I only addressed adding the View ISO button to the account details page.

To add support for listing ISOs and templates (vide #10392) by domain, it'll be required to extend the listTemplates and listIsos APIs workflows, which I believe won't be trivial.

That said, I haven’t yet found time to work on it. I'll try to work on them in the coming weeks
