SUMMARY
When a VM is Autoscaled, the name cloudstack gives is in this format:
autoScaleVM-VMName-RandomNumber-RandomAlphabets
This results in a very long VM name. Anyhow, this isnt an issue for Linux Guest OS.
However, in Windows VMs, this becomes a problem because Windows VMs can only have a name with max 15 Characters.
As a result, the name of the VM inside the newly created Windows VM seems to just put 'Windows 2022' or something similar.
The name of the VM in Cloudstack seems to be fine.
Im not sure what kind of solution there is to this, cause essentially this is a limitation of Windows VMs.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a Windows Template
2. Create Autoscale with Windows Template
3. Check the name of the newly created VM on Cloudstack GUI (The name should be correct)
4. Enter VM, check the VM name from inside the Guest VM (Name will not be correct)
