dubbo-admin on Windows using JDK 17, the dubbo-admin-server module fails during the test phase with the following error from the Surefire plugin:

[WARNING] Corrupted STDOUT by directly writing to native stream in forked JVM 1. See FAQ web page and the dump file: C:\dubbo-admin\dubbo-admin-server\target\surefire-reports\2025-05-05T10-13-01_157-jvmRun1.dumpstream

[ERROR] Failed to execute goal org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-surefire-plugin:2.21.0:test (default-test) on project dubbo-admin-server: There are test failures. [ERROR] The forked VM terminated without properly saying goodbye. VM crash or System.exit called? [ERROR] Error occurred in starting fork, check output in log [ERROR] Process Exit Code: 1
