Upload jacoco coverage report when Github Action CI running on the main branch #865

- I searched in the issues and found nothing similar.
Motivation
Currently, we have generated a jacoco coverage report when building fluss. But, when running Github Action CI, we don't upload and cannot download these files to check the complete jacoco coverage report.
