Describe the proposal
Gravitino's fileset provides the ability to use virtual file path to read and write data from different storages, without needing to know the physical location of the files, the infra team can manage the physical paths behind the scene.
To further strengthen this ability, also to support scenarios like location migration, disaster recovery, HA, etc, in the issue, we will add the ability to support one fileset mapping to multiple physical locations.
