e2e module implementation

Recently, I found that many PRs will cause new problems after merging. I think the current e2e code still lacks many necessary scenarios.

I hope everyone has time to add more e2e code to fully cover the core common functions.

For example, for #3248, if we have e2e code, this problem will not occur because e2e will check the accuracy of monitoring data. When there is an abnormality, CI will not pass.

E2E will prevent the introduction of new bugs to a certain extent.
