get filename step not able to connect to FTP

While Get filenames works for local files, it doesn't support FTP/SFTP. Is there any solution?

you are correct, in vfs2 listing directories is not supported for ftp and ftps

How do we support the same for Pentaho jobs that are migrated to HOP? Or is there no solution yet available on Hop for that?

What are you using in Pentaho that does not exist in Hop? What used to work that doesn't work?
