Attachments not sent when running 2.15 workflows in 2.16 unless re-saved

Hi, I'm testing Hop 2.16 (snapshot). I have workflows created with 2.15 that use Action Mail. When I run them in 2.16 the attachments are not sent. If I open the workflow in 2.16 and save it, the workflow XML is updated and the attachments are sent. Is this expected in the snapshot or will it be fixed in the final 2.16? Also, is there a quick way to update/migrate all my existing workflows in bulk instead of opening and re-saving each one manually?

It's actually an issue between 2.14 and 2.15 I think. Cleaning up the backend has introduced an error on that field
