What happened?

When opening a file from the Marketplace using Open, the file

is not resolved using the expected path shown above.
Instead HOP appears to resolve the file path relative to the HOP installation directory.

Steps to reproduce

1. Configure a project
2. Configure a environment and set a yaml file that is not stored in the hop installation path
3. Open the Marketplace
4. Try to select the yaml file defined before

==> PROJECT_HOME will not be resolved & the search path will be set to the HOP installation path!
