[Feature][BitBucket Cloud Connector] Add BitBucket Workspace API Token Support to conector #8700

- I had searched in the issues and found no similar feature requirement.
Use case
As a DevOps Engineer i want to setup the Bitbucket Cloud connector (data source) with a workspace api token but only support personal access tokens.
Description
ive tried to set up a workspace token but i got a unauthorized (401 http code) response. with worspace api token i triedto use the users x-token-auth and x-bitbucket-api-token-auth but i get the same error response, in workspace token actually the user name should be not required.
