feat(java): follow the same style for proto ser-de

Describe the enhancement requested

At the moment, for example, to create EdgeInfo from the proto I should call the constructor, but for PropertyGroup I should call ofProto. It may be confusing.

Suggestion: use ofProto everywhere.
