Test Scenario Editor: Test API `table.getCell()` doesn't behave as expected

In the last few weeks, some Playwright tests that rely on the table.getCell() method failed.
At first glance, it seems the table.getCell() is not returning the correct cell, most likely because of some change on the BEE table applied in the last few months.
The scope of the ticket is to investigate the table.getCell() behavior to find the reason for the failures and apply a fix.

To add some more context, the current fixtures are based on the old bee-table, which had different locators. It's since been refined to be more explicit, so it's likely that more fixtures will need to be updated to use the new 'kie-tools--bee--expression' locators, e.g.
old: getByRole(‘row’, { name: ‘1’ }).first()
new: getByTestId('kie-tools--bee--expression-row-1').getByTestId('kie-tools--bee--expression-column-2').getByTestId('monaco-container')
