Next version dropdown behaves differently than other navbar dropdowns

Issue description

• Next version dropdown in navbar does not behave like other dropdown menus
• Next version dropdown acts as a standard nav link instead of a dropdown
• Moreover it is not showing active state when user on that page ( disobeying route based styling )

Current behaviour

• When user click on next version it navigates to the respective page
• Also active navigation state ( blue colour text ) is not applied

Expected behaviour

• when user click on next version then a dropdown with list of versions should be open
• And active navigation state styling ( blue colour text ) should be applied

Recreate the issue

• Open the link : https://seata.apache.org/
• Click on next version dropdown in navbar
