Improving the documentation

The kyuubi on kubernetes config section states Kyuubi do not recommend using this way on Kubernetes. This can perhaps be stated as Kyuubi does not recommend using this way on Kubernetes.

@mans2singh thanks for being interested in Kyuubi project, for minor features/improvements/bug fixes, it's fine to send PR directly as long as you fill detailed in the PR description.

And for issues without assignees(or no progress since the last event for a long time), if you don't have further questions about the issue itself, you don't need to wait for the assignment, just leave a comment like below and then can prepare your PR.

I'm going to start working on this issue, may take a few hours/days/weeks to prepare my PR

To be clear, the community appreciates all contributors' efforts, and won't blame contributors if they do not complete the work in time, the estimated time just lets other contributors know the issue is likely available to pick if the last contributor has no updates for a while.
