Delete these or write more relevant return comments

These sorts of requests seem both common and rehearsed. They almost never end with a PR. Can you please explain what's going on here? Is this part of some school project or curricula? Fully answering this question without evasion would be an excellent first step. Read https://arstechnica.com/security/2024/04/what-we-know-about-the-xz-utils-backdoor-that-almost-infected-the-world/ if you'd like to know why I'm a little nervous about new submissions from people we haven't heard from before.

Generically (and we should probably add this to the readmes or CONTRIBUTING.md)

1. You can work on anything you like. PRs may or may not be accepted.
2. In Maven, issues are only assigned to committers, never to non-committers because that's needed for managing the release notes. That doesn't mean you can't work on it.
3. Issues are not locked, especially for first time contributors. If someone else wants to work on it, they can also send a PR. First one that's approved gets merged.
4. Most issues in Maven (though probably not this one) are complex and require a deep understanding of both Maven and Java development. They are not usually suitable for junior developers or students, though again this one probably is straight-forward enough for someone to start with.
