Support for OS/Application info command #182

Hi,
we would like to have a command to retrieve info about the application that is currently running the mcumgr and as far as I can see there is no command available for that in the CLI. I've found a command that seems to be what I'd need here. I've looked through the code and it seems not to be implemented but maybe I'm wrong.
