Discussion: should we enable all features in oli by default?

Pros:

• Users can access different services out-of-box

Cons:

• The binary size might become huge and the compile time also increases(not sure about the exact number though)

Some services require to link to dynamic libs. If we enable all features, users may be failed to the binary at the start time. So I think it's not a good idea to enable all features by default.
