OpenDAL's LLM generated weekly summary

Hello everyone, I have established a workflow to use LLM to help us generate a weekly summary. This was inspired by @alamb's work in apache/datafusion#15269. I used to follow this process but couldn't continue because, I must admit, I didn't have enough energy to keep up with it.

So, I decided to use an LLM to help us with this work.

In general, it works as follows:

• Fetch our recent activities, such as issues, PRs, and discussions.
• Collect these activities into a JSON file, feed it to the LLM, and let it generate a summary.
• Use the LLM-generated content to create a new discussion for OpenDAL.

In detail:

• We have a script located at https://github.com/apache/opendal/tree/main/.github/scripts/weekly_update
• We use a workflow available at https://github.com/apache/opendal/blob/main/.github/workflows/ci_weekly_update.yml
• The AI service we use is gpt-4o, hosted on Azure OpenAI and maintained by me
• This summary will be auto generated on sunday 00:00 UTC.
