But I'd like to know how we'll release all the services and the registry strategy.

Besides, I'd prefer to migrate service-aliyun-oss to the new reqsign deps rather than reqsign 0.16.

+1. And we really do need to think about the services and layers release.

At least due to cargo's quota limitation, we need some time to publish dozen of crates.

CI workflows may be broken due to that limitation as well.
