Development of Offset in DynamoDB

We have https://github.com/apache/pekko-persistence-dynamodb but we don't have the corresponding projection that read/save the offset from DynamoDB

Use Case: I only want to use dynamodb db as store for both persistence and projection offsets

@cheatmenot Would you be interested in working on adding dynamodb support yourself? This is a volunteer project and we don't have that many volunteers. Any code would need to a greenfield attempt that does not copy anything from the Akka solution because that is incompatibly licensed.

An alternative might be to raise an issue with https://github.com/j5ik2o/pekko-persistence-dynamodb - that is a separate project and the maintainers might have time to help.
