Summary

Add new command to check async task status in broker

Motivation

Currently, when executing broker admin asynchronous tasks , User can only check task status by viewing logs, which is very unfriendly. Therefore, we hope to add a RemotingCommand to support querying the status of asynchronous tasks.

The current asynchronous task is: checkRocksdbCqWriteProgress
