The Backend service addresses set in configmap are invalid when using SWCK for Java agent injection

I use SWCK to inject Java agent, and I found that I modified the configuration in configmap to:

# Backend service addresses.
collector.backend_service=\${SW_AGENT_COLLECTOR_BACKEND_SERVICES:skywalking-oap.skywalking-new:11800}

However, in the end, when I check the BackendService of the created JavaAgent CRD, it is still the default 127.0.0.1:11800, and the data cannot be collected to the OAP service.

Finally, I added ENV in the application container:

- name: SW_AGENT_COLLECTOR_BACKEND_SERVICES
   value: "skywalking-oap.skywalking-new:11800"

This way, communication can be established normally. Is it normal to encounter this situation when modifying configmap, or is there a bug?
