How do I intercept a class modified by @RestController

I saw the RestControllerInstrumentation

public class RestControllerInstrumentation extends AbstractControllerInstrumentation {
    public static final String ENHANCE_ANNOTATION = "org.springframework.web.bind.annotation.RestController";

    public RestControllerInstrumentation() {
    }

    protected String[] getEnhanceAnnotations() {

    }
}

I also need to intercept @RestController in order to customize the operation name of the MVC endpoint. How can I intercept classes annotated with @RestController in Spring? Can you also tell me how to solve this problem?
