It seems you changed the dashboard configuration, and try to re-initialize the UI_TEMPLATE, so this error shows up.

The error means there is a ui-temple already in your storage whose id is b154ccae-edbc-4bf0-b8b0-5a33e8a4bcfd has the same config with browser-app.json :

Have you updated the in browser-app.json the id should be Browser-app

It should re-init if not exist, but if you want to import manually, you can set env var SW_ENABLE_UPDATE_UI_TEMPLATE=true
