Hi @jasiu001 . I noticed your commit message - we don't know what 'publish' and 'golden publish' mean here :-) This looks like a valuable contribution and someone more familiar will review it but I suspect they'll ask for a rephrasing as well. |

Add new gauge metric
sling_distribution_journal_subscriber_package_commit_timewhich sets time when lastPackageMessagewas commit inBookKeeper.importPackagemethod.This metric will be used to create an alert notifying of a delay in package delivery between publish and golden publish.
