This PR aims to document Kueue [v0.20.0](https://github.com/kubernetes-sigs/kueue/releases/tag/v0.20.0) (2026-09-30) or newer as the recommended Kueue version in the `Compatibility` section of `docs/operations.md`. ### Why are the changes needed? The Kueue integration is new in 1.1.0, and the documentation does not mention which Kueue versions it works with. - The operator uses only the `kueue.x-k8s.io/v1beta2` API, which Kueue has served since [v0.15.0](https://github.com/kubernetes-sigs/kueue/releases/tag/v0.15.0) (2025-11-28). So the operator does not depend on any feature that only v0.20.0 has. - However, the documentation of the Kueue integration assumes the behavior of recent Kueue versions, e.g., `waitForPodsReady` enabled by default since v0.19. Also, the CI runs the Kueue E2E tests against v0.20.0 only (SPARK-59930). So this PR recommends v0.20.0 or newer, like the existing recommendation for K8s 1.35, instead of making it a hard requirement. ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change?
