Commit to changing the organization name

The web site really needs to address the appropriative use of "Apache". Explaining it away as a historical nerd joke really isn't helpful, especially in light of the written petition from Natives in Tech and https://www.endasfmascotry.com/. I understand it takes time to choose a name and plan the logistics associated, but everyone who uses your software or license would benefit from a clear commitment to make the change.
