Make Parameters work with Elasticsearch

**Description**  
The [Parameter functionality](https://github.com/api-platform/core/blob/main/docs/adr/0006-filtering-system-and-parameters.md) needs an integration with Elasticsearch. I'm wondering if we should add a new interface as the current one only supports collection although we could use parameters on items and collections on 3.3.
