it would make sense to link the OEV dashboard so potential dApps may get a better idea about how much OEV they are leaking. This should be done only after the dashboard supports enough historical data and reaches adequate stability.

Yes. And it's also the current state of the OEV Dashboard. The issue was created in the early days, when we also had the integrations for some of our dApps in the pipeline.
