Move python images to restricted permission user like node images

Python images already have myuser setup in them, but we do not use them yet due to issues we've encountered when we tried moving to them (permissions mostly).

We would need to discuss how to solve this correctly and in a hopefully-non-breaking way, if that is even possible.
