Bump jsonpath-plus and json-schema-faker

Removes [jsonpath-plus](https://github.com/s3u/JSONPath). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [json-schema-faker](https://github.com/json-schema-faker/json-schema-faker). These dependencies need to be updated together.


Removes `jsonpath-plus`

Updates `json-schema-faker` from 0.5.0-rcv.33 to 0.5.1
