Allow developers  to download Open API Spec on Apigee Kickstart

We have installed Drupal 9 Apigee Kickstart with the default theme and connected to our Apigee Edge Private Cloud instance.
Is there a way to allow developers to download the Open API specification (yaml file) from the API documentation page?
We are using the default  Smartdocs Open API viewer/formatter.
