Create Android Wrapper App

In order to gain all available display space, we should think about putting together a HTML5,CSS3,GeoLocation capable Webkit Browser wrapper to use as a "pseudonative" android app, installable on the device and freely available in the market as well

created webhooks and build environments for develop(a bit flaky) and master(not working).
Latest version should be available as android app here:

I ll continue to improve stability of the build service and want to add apk signing and update notifications maybe using http://f-droid.org/
