Response headers

Hi, the router is stripping the request and response header. The request headers were fixed by the following config:

headers:
  all:
    request:
      - propagate:
          matching: .*

however I do not see the config for response headers, how to allow router to return all the response headers?

There is an issue for this: #1284 You can track the issue to see how this progresses.

@garypen is there an estimated timeline for this? We are working on cookie support in our application and this is a huge blocker.

@hobbsh There isn't. I have a draft PR which does some of the basic work required to support this, but completing it requires some design and more thinking.
