Distribute types and source maps on npm

Hi, I can't see an easy way to use this directly from typescript. I don't see a distributed .d.ts file or a @types/moment-guess package. Am I missing something?

Another closely related problem: at the end of bundle.js it says //# sourceMappingURL=bundle.js.map, but I don't see any .map files. This leads to a warning in my build:
