Updates to our code-upgrader and content-upgrader modules for A2 -> A4 migration

We're pleased to announce updated versions of our @apostrophecms/code-upgrader and @apostrophecms/content-upgrader modules.

These modules are specifically for migrating Apostrophe 2.x projects to Apostrophe 4.x.

The changes are:

• @apostrophecms/code-upgrader now ships with an AI Agent Skill (Claude Skill) for code migration. This is now the strongly recommended approach. Claude Code has shown excellent results so far. Of course a developer is still required to iron out issues, but this approach is far more efficient than the old tools. The old legacy tools are still provided for those who find them useful.
• Several bugs in @apostrophecms/content-upgrader have been fixed, and the documentation now covers important preparatory steps in your A2 project.

With these updated tools we have been successful in rapidly migrating several of our customers' projects. We'd be pleased to speak to anyone interested in pursuing an A2 -> A4 migration with us.
