[Request]: Journal mode configuration for image unpack.

Now that we have journal mode configuration for named volumes, it would be good for us to have the same configuration option for our root filesystems.

@adityaramani I'm wondering about the API design for this.

Right now we're creating the EXT4Formatter in EXT4Unpacker.unpack(), and the Unpacker interface doesn't allow specification of ext4-specific things like journal mode, so the mode would logically go next to blockSize in EXT4Unpacker.init().

This means that the image store can only produce a single (blockSize, journalMode) fs configuration for all images that it unpacks, right?
