need C head files for aarch64 (arm64 for linux)

I am refering to this https://github.com/apple/foundationdb/releases/tag/7.3.55

thanks for making it happen to release aarch 64 binary, however I think you should release the head files too for the users to compile the client executables/libraries because not all the head files are from src code, some of them are generated, or do I miss something?

A posssible workaround could be to extract the head files from the x86_64 deb/rpm package and reuse them but I need to ensure there is no arch dependence in these head files.

what do you think or do I miss something?
