* Added shared credentials for Digi

* Added workaround for overlapping "digi.ro" rules

* Delete quirks/websites-with-shared-credential-backends.json

Delete the obsolete file.

* Update shared-credentials.json

Remove “digionline.ro”; feel free to submit another PR for it with evidence!
