Test optimized execution strategies for converted reserved connections #2635
Description
When users convert StreamingHttpClient to a different API, it applies optimized strategy and we have tests that verify that behavior. Converted reserved connections should do the same. While we fixed it in #2634, would be nice to enhance our ClientEffectiveStrategyTest to cover reserved connections too.
