I know this is very stupid question.....but I am still learning...

So how to update my project with the latest SuperModular?

If you have created a new project based on SuperModular you should check the commit messages for changes and make them to you code also. A diff tool would be also an option where you will use it and compare you code base with the master branch of supermodular.
