Timestamps as events #2

From https://github.com/appsignal/opentelemetry-instrumentation-bullmq/pull/1/files/1070a384d8fb5eede63ad8605f59f7dc8624898d#r1620849253, as per the documentation, these attributes could be events instead. Do note that AppSignal does not currently display non-error span events.
(Might be worth taking a closer look at them -- is processedOn and finishedOn just the start and end times of the span that represents the processing? If so perhaps removing them makes more sense)
