Help: Previous cook information

Hi, sorry for dropping this question here, but I'm getting nowhere with Meater Support (tickets). So I'm trying to be cheeky and ask here if that's ok? I've tried to raise ticket #261457, but nothing is happening with it and when I tried to ask further #261638, #262593, #262318, they're instantly been marked as 'solved' with no follow-up?

After the recent issues with cook data being incorrect, a couple of months ago, it seem there is still a problem with 'Previous Cooks' that had been shared via weblink? :

I also know of a user that has still got issues with "previous cook" data being wrong on their phone/device. They've assured me that they have removed and re-installed the app, so I'm not sure what to do/ask. You'll note that Link1 is for this over users "previous cook", and Link2 us a cook for my own account.
