Cannot import demo dashboard

You can import the dashboard manually via the ID: 20257.

I am not sure what is going wrong. As far as I can tell I am following the guide Include dashboards, but maybe you (or someone else) spots an issue. I fixed the last thing I noticed (upper case name vs lower case path filename) in #17.
