Add smooth transition effect to images in card section

💡 Description:

Currently, the images in the card section appear directly without any animation or smooth effect. To enhance the user interface and improve visual appeal, we can add a transition/hover animation so that images load or appear more gracefully.

🎯 Goal:

Add a smooth fade-in or scale-up transition to the card images when they appear or when hovered, creating a more modern and polished UI.
