toc is generated on page even if I specify false in the page's frontmatter #125
Description
site.Params.toc is true but page's params is toc: false ... I need to have the page params override the site params
Currently since the single.html uses "or" both the site params and the page params need to be false for toc to be off.
Kindly remediate
