custom crop not working

aquacrop 3.0.11 + python 3.9, conda environment, windows

i have a custom crop created with many parameters, but the software does not read correctly the values
it appears the custom made parameters e.g. p_up1, p_up2 and so on are ignored when reating the crop.

aquacrop v3.0.11 + python 3.7.16, conda environment, linux Ubuntu 24.04.2

Same for me, the programme gets stuck.
